Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for consideration for an award the applicant must:

• Be graduating from Chico High School or Pleasant Valley High School
• Achieve a grade point average of B (3.0) or higher
• Be enrolled in an accredited college, university, or trade school
• Be involved in a tennis club or team

The scholarship application is closed.

Must Provide

• Essay: Please attach an essay of no more than 500 words describing the impact that
tennis has had on your life.
• Two letters of recommendation
• High school transcripts
