Manoah has lived in the North Valley since 2004. He is president of Hope House International, who promotes adoptions globally and supports and cares for the orphans of Hope House in India.
He is also a consultant and director of physical rehabilitation services for Oroville Hospital, Freedom Home Healthcare and other health care providers.
