Earl Jessee, Chair

Earl is a senior consultant with Chico-based Matson & Isom Technology Consulting, where he has worked since 2012. He has deep roots in Butte County dating back 10 generations. His great great great grandfather, John Ware, was the first verified settler of Paradise listed on the Butte County register.

Earl has served as a board member for the Community Housing Improvement Program, Downtown Chico Business Association, Chico High School Foundation and Butte Pioneers Civic Venture Capital Fund.
