Friends of Outdoor Adventures Grant Program

Description

The Friends of Outdoor Adventures Grant Programs aims to provide financial help to youths in the Butte County area who have a financial barrier to participating in outdoor activities and programs. This may include school programs and activities, as well as independent programs such as Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.

Eligibility

- Applicants must be residents of Butte County.
- Recipient must fall within 300% of the Federal Poverty Level as determined by household size and income.
- Individuals who have been displaced due to a natural disaster may be eligible even if they do not meet the financial need criterion.
- Individuals may not receive more than $1,000 in support from this fund within a 12-month period.
