The NCC Time Bank is a trading system where community members exchange services for hours instead of cash. When a member provides a service, he or she banks hours that can then be spent on any service offered by other members. Our vision is a community that values everyone’s skills and talents equally, and where assets are utilized to ensure that everyone’s needs are met.
