North Valley Community Land Trust

The fund purpose is to assist in the establishment of the North Valley Community Land Trust as a nonprofit legal entity within California and as a 501c3 under the Code. A community land trust (CLT) is a nonprofit corporation that holds land on behalf of a community, while serving as the long-term steward for affordable housing, community gardens, civic buildings, commercial spaces and other community assets on behalf of a community.
