Fund Purpose
The Doug Hignell Memorial Fund is designed to support nonprofit organizations and projects that reflect the strong community spirit so important to Doug. His family will assist in selecting fund recipients. Checks can be mailed to North Valley Community Foundation, 1811 Concord Ave., Suite 220, Chico, CA 95928 with a memo to the Doug Hignell Memorial Fund.
