COVID-19 Local Restaurants, Local Needs Fund

The purpose of this fund is to purchase meals from local Chico area restaurants and provide those meals to at-risk populations through local nonprofits. The Foundation will provide Advisors with a list of area nonprofits who are providing food to at-risk populations during the Covid-19 pandemic and can accept food deliveries from local restaurants. Advisors will then request grants be provided to particular nonprofits. Approved requests will be followed by Foundation ordering and paying local restaurants to deliver the food to the nonprofits.
