Butte Home Health and Hospice Support Fund
Fund Purpose
The primary purpose of this fund is to enhance the charitable contributions to Butte Home Health and Hospice through NVCF's website and services.
More Info
Butte Home Health and Hospice was founded in 1984 with the goal of delivering the best possible care for patients in the North Valley, with care available 24/7, delivered in the place everyone wants to be- at home.
Each year, our team of nurses, therapists, aides, social workers, physicians, and other professionals deliver care for over 1,500 patients right here in Butte, Glenn, and Tehama counties. Our mission is augmented by our amazing volunteers and donors.
Donations to support our mission go directly to providing care to those without means, to adding more counseling and bereavement options to families, for alternative pain and anxiety therapies (music therapy, massage), and to expand and develop our amazing volunteer network, who provide help and support for our patients and families.
Note to Donors: North Valley Community Foundation (NVCF) provides this page for the convenience of the charitable organization noted above. Donors are provided an electronic tax receipt by NVCF shortly after the donation is made. An administrative fee of 2% is deducted from the donation as well as the fee charged by the card processing company, and the net amount is sent to the charitable organization not later than 30 days after the end of the month in which the donation is made. All amounts sent to the charitable organization are for its discretionary use.
