Hi! My name is Heather Leveroni (she/her) and I am a holistic strength coach, group space holder, mother, friend and musician. After living in San Francisco for many years I have returned to Chico to be close to family during this season of life.

As an extensively trained holistic health coach and strength trainer I believe in an inside out style of healing - by using active listening and space holding to create and sustain pathways of self acceptance, helping to bring more joy and ease into our everyday lives.

I love rock 'n' roll, backpacking, reading comics, family movie night, good food and singing karaoke off key.
