Hola! My name is Briceida Silva. I am delighted to be part of the CARE Team! I can’t wait to be able to interact with youth who are having a difficult time along with their family members. I hope that I can be a light at the end of the tunnel for them and most importantly be there to support and help when they are most in need. I have always been passionate when it comes to working with our youth because they are our future!

I have worked with youth all through my career in some aspect. I come from a law enforcement background. I have worked with a variety of individuals ranging from youth to adults who needed help and resources. The most satisfying part about it all has been able to watch those individuals succeed and know I have made a difference in their life.

On a personal note, I enjoy the outdoors hiking, camping, hunting and most recently found out I have a green thumb after I started growing my own vegetables! I love spending time with family and being the best mom to my adorable son.
