Spark! Workshops are designed to help nonprofits and social entrepreneurs develop and refine skills to better make social impact. Workshops include insights into fundraising, nonprofit management, financial sustainability, communication and marketing. JoAna serves the NVCF community to ensure that every great idea starts well and is on the path to sustainable success. She joins the Community Foundation with over 18 years experience in the nonprofit industry as both an executive director and consultant.
Since taking the post of CEO in 2005, NVCF developed a new business model aimed at driving social innovation locally and around the globe. During her tenure, NVCF has established 350 charitable funds and raised more than $30 million for social good.
Beth Lamberson joined NSPR as general manager in summer 2015. Her passion is problem solving at the local level, especially for the non-profit sector. She combines her media and non-profit toolkit into high energy workshops that produce real takeaways for the participants.
Laura has spent over 20 years as a consultant to nonprofit organizations. Laura is a trainer at heart and loves to help organizations do the good they do better. Currently, Laura serves as Executive Director of The Jesus Center, a regional resource center aimed at alleviating poverty.
Jovanni joins NVCF with over 15 years experience in community organization and group facilitation. Jovanni’s primary role is organizing our efforts around community engagement and helping people take their ideas and put them into strategic action. He holds an MA in Communication & Leadership.
