Program Purpose

The purpose of the program is to a provide leadership development program that prepares existing and future leaders to address organizational and civic issues with an understanding of five priority areas within our region: Regional Stewardship; Community Vitality; Economic Prosperity; Educational Excellence; Environmental Quality. 

The program consists of one full-day training each month from October - May, including a two-day leadership retreat in September.
